Troop Mahjong Summer Soiree League
Bay State Bam is proud to be the host of the only area Troop Mahjong chapter. Troop Leader Brittany is ready to welcome you to the Mahjong Table for a four week series of league play, bringing the fun as we enhance our game and welcome friendly competition among our troop members!

You've caught the Mahjong bug, and now it's time to welcome your built in table partners to pull up a seat at the Mahjong Table! Little Birdie Bams is designed to create a welcoming and age appropriate environemnt for the youngest Mahj Squad members, simplifying our beloved game to be played right alongside the adults at the table.

Jump right in and learn the game that is taking over your social media feed! This high energy, interactive and FUN Mahjong 101 class is perfect to get you started with the hottest new social trend out there. Join Bunkhouse Creative & Baystate Bam for an evening of MAHJ 101 & vintage jeans with Wardrobe Angels in Hopkinton. We’ll shop, sip, & shuffle. This will be a 1 hour shop & mingle and then a three hour class.
We will be sipping and shopping the Wardrobe Angels curated collection of vintage and new denim, clothing, and accessories from 6-7 PM, then its time to head to the table and get those tiles moving for an engaging and fun Mahjong 101 class!
In this workshop you’ll learn:

We’re pairing a modern, accessible approach with a curated aesthetic. Think stunning, uniquely designed tiles, the Midi Mahjer and Taylor Swift inspired “In My Mahjong Era” card, and fun atmosphere full of plenty of vibes and good times.
It’s the perfect mix of high-energy gameplay and a relaxed weekend hangout. You’ll learn the logic behind the tiles, perfect their strategy, and leave ready to host your own game nights.

Designed specifically for children, Mini Mahjer makes the compelling game of Mahjong accessible for even the smallest of players. Teaching the fundamental rules of traditional American Mahjong with a simplified card and method, Mini Mahjer is a complete system designed for families to come together at the table. Use your National Mah Jongg League card alongside your mini as they learn to identify the tiles, play their own hand, and enjoy the celebratory fun and togetherness that can only happen at the mahjong table.
